Hey Din, I thought it was pretty average. I felt it was way too long, and I did fall asleep for maybe about 5-10 minutes during some of the action sequences. To me, it was no different to any other action movie rather than being a super-hero movie.
The joker was the only one who displayed interesting acting...but then again...you need to be pretty talentless if you cannot put up a good performance if playing such an important bad-guy role. It had elements of Jack Nicholson's joker-influence.
and oh yes.....what's with Batman's Raspy voice...that really did spoil it for me....lol.

Way to long, yeah ..
Zaki and i both watched it twice, we didnt fall asleep the first time round,
but we snoozed the second time through the movie. and i bet theres others who find Batman's raspy voice just a little bit .. funny.
oh and Ramona ... NICE AVATAR ! What is it ?

Without the joker that movie would have fallen apart.
I like to believe he uses the Raspy Voice because he's still pissed about when Joker from the 1950s used sneezing powder all the time.

Here's a thing; there was a scene in The Dark Knight that blew me away, because it resembled something VERY similar to a concept I have, and on seeing it, Zaki instantly turned to me in the cinema and said Da-Krash! It was the part where he stopped his bike against the brick wall.
I think there are some wicked things you can do with wheels which Hollywood haven't explored yet.
