Apologies for my absence, but things are slow enough now that I can add to these great points.
Indeed in reference to Kim's last post; a reason why we must now get hard at work on The New Paper, is to get used to the teamwork aspect of comics. We can outline small time-scales, ranging from a month to 3 months, where individuals collaborate. If the chemistry is there, we have a nigh fool proof foundation for future full blown stories & serials.
With the Horror Strips, my thinking is simply to shake things up but in a familiar way. We gotta nail TNP people. What could result from this is amazing.
From early next week, we will have to compile the testers, so as from this weekend, I will be arranging with artists to start posting stuff here. The hard copies stuff will have to be scanned and posted if possible.
Writers let your ideas flow. Any artist can take a stab at it, and we then go with the flow.
A meeting is probably unavoidable, but what we can do online, we do of course.
Lastly. We have no 'publishing guidelines' to follow, so we can do anything we like. Gratutious, tame, experimental, or indeed kid horror. I would say don't limit yourself or thougts. We can do anything we wish, so long as we stay focused 'adequately' on any given project at any given time. WE GOTTA HAVE FUN, know what I mean?
Now it's time for me to visit the other threads and see what's been goin' on up in here!
